I can't believe we're a) 12 weeks into 2012 and that I've kept this project up for the 12 weeks... these 12 weeks have been a little crazy for me at work. I've been averaging 50-60 hours per week at work. But photography for me is still the best therapy.
Spring has really sprung as of late - every fruit-bearing tree is flowering and flowering beautifully - plus we've had several rain showers.
It was really tough to decide which one to pick - the rest can be found here.
The pick of the week:

52 Week Project 2012 - Week 10
It has been a busy month at work; but we had some performers come into work who were a delight to work with. During the sound check on the last day, they rocked it out and I took some pictures before we got all serious and ready to perform folk music for children.
I took several shots - both of the performers and their instruments. This is my favorite, which is why it's here:

52 Week Project 2012 - Weeks 9
We are having an unexplicably warm winter... and therefore... spring has sprung. Now that doesn't mean we aren't going to get snow again - especially when it is 70° one day and 30° the next. However, I'm a firm believer that these little sprouts are going to stay.
I went to the Botanical Gardens on Thursday before coming into work. Not much was in bloom, but what was, was gorgeous. I can't wait until spring is here again and the Botanical Gardens are a-bloom.
Enjoy this sunlit wonder:
Check out more of them in my photostream - they're labeled First Spring 2012 Bloom.
