This is hands-down, my favorite dish at the Pasta House, a local St. Louis chain of italian restaurants. It's Cavatelli al Crema and it used to be on the menu. Now it's not, but you can still order it because they still make the garlicky cream sauce and offer it as a side dish. Except those in the know can order it as an entree.

Yum!

I almost panicked because I thought they took it off the menu... but rest assured, I found it. :)
